How the network operates
- Pods, not individuals. Operators are matched into 3 to 8 person teams for each engagement. The pod is the unit, not the person.
- Senior partner accountability. A clus.ai partner is on every engagement as the accountable lead. Operators do the work. The partner is the one your CIO calls.
- Engagements, not retainers. Pods embed 10 to 80 days. Outcome-tied. Operators rotate to the next engagement when the metric moves.
- Confidentiality is the default. Most engagements are not public references. The network is built for clients who don't want their AI work on a case study page.
