Index 05 — Network

The operator network.

An invitation-based network of senior operators who have shipped AI agents into production at enterprise scale. Currently in proof of concept. We are forming the founding cohort across San Francisco, New York, London, and Paris.

Who's in the network

We are forming the founding cohort now. The bar: operators who have shipped AI agents into production at enterprise scale, and who ran the business before they automated it. Former heads of revenue. Former CFOs and controllers. M&A integration leads. Forward-deployed engineers shaped by the playbook Palantir invented and the firms that have adopted it since.

The bar isn't years of experience. It's whether the work shipped, whether the metric moved, and whether the next client would hire them again.

How the network operates

  • Pods, not individuals. Operators are matched into 3 to 8 person teams for each engagement. The pod is the unit, not the person.
  • Senior partner accountability. A clus.ai partner is on every engagement as the accountable lead. Operators do the work. The partner is the one your CIO calls.
  • Engagements, not retainers. Pods embed 10 to 80 days. Outcome-tied. Operators rotate to the next engagement when the metric moves.
  • Confidentiality is the default. Most engagements are not public references. The network is built for clients who don't want their AI work on a case study page.

What operators get

  • Qualified work. Engagements are pre-scoped by the senior team before they reach you.
  • Top-of-market rates. Network economics, not consulting markup.
  • No business development. No proposals. No timesheets. The senior team handles client side.
  • A community of peers who ship for a living, not a Slack channel of strangers.

If you've shipped AI agents in production at enterprise scale and you're operating independently or considering it, send a short application.

We don't run a take-home. We don't run a panel interview. We talk to references and we look at work. If both check out, we route you to the next engagement that fits.
